I have been keeping a gratitude days book for a long time in which I (almost) every day record the things for which I am grateful. We noticed that this made me feel more positive overall and decided to publish my own gratitude diaries now. 
In these inserts you can record the following per day for a total of 60 days:

  • The most beautiful moment of the day
  • Three things for which you are grateful today with lines
  • Notes on the day.

Your entry doesn’t have to be long, the main thing is that you come into a grateful attitude and thus into a positive mood! In addition, the design is kept minimalist, so that you can design the journal with washi tape, stickers and drawings according to your wishes.
